      I throw cool tech in the water and show people how to get it working properly. It means going out on boats often, it also requires me to fly to customer sites or our remote offices, it also requires me to coordinate a team of training and trials staff. It has everything I wanted in a senior job… responsibility, variety, fun, still get my hands dirty and I work with a great team

      I lead a team that builds and tests Sony broadcast cameras. These are the big cameras that are used to film famous movies, tv-shows, news casts and live sporting events. My role mostly involves organising my team, dealing with quality issues and other technical issues. Sometimes I even jump in and build or test the cameras myself!
