  I don’t have kids (yet, ask again in 10 years). When I do, like Yetty I will happily support them in anything they would like to do! However, I’d like to share my passions with them and get them involved in science and technology activities – so I wouldn’t be surprised if they did turn out an engineer like me!

  I dont have kids yet, but as Yetty & Gina said I would encourage to persue their dreams, let them know they can be what ever they want to (with some hard work)

  no i don’t, I have 4 dogs but they have no interest in being engineers… only doing agility, sleeping, eating and being stroked.
  If I had kids I would encourage them to do what they found interesting… if that was engineering or science then totally, yes!
