      For the camera design no – this is because the camera design, including what materials are used, are decided in Sony Japan. However, we do change the materials and method for building the camera.

      For instance, if we find a tool or glue that works better/ faster for putting together a camera we put it in our standard so everyone can use it. Last month we changed the gloves that our team uses to thinner latex ones because it allows them to pick up screws more easily. Changes can be as large as re-arranging the layout of the entire factory so that people have less distance to walk!
