      Hi Ace,

      First, I determine what the problem is and what’s available in terms of resources
      Second, I think of the urgency of the problem, how quickly does it need to be solved.
      Third, I discuss with my co-workers/ team
      Fourth, Ask my supervisor for his input
      and Then, Carry out the proposed solution

      Usually a meeting is held to discuss the problem, a few people will try and come up wih an idea and then present them before together we pick the best approach (sometimes the only one)
